Rob practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including trademark oppositions and pharmaceutical patent litigation. Rob completed his articles at Aitken Klee, where he assisted with legal research and drafting, including submissions to the Trademarks Opposition Board.
Rob has conducted discoveries in intellectual property damages cases, successfully represented clients in Court assisted mediation, and participated in a trial in the Federal Court of Canada.
Rob graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Common Law Section. While at law school, Rob was a Dean’s Legal Research and Writing Fellow and assisted new law students by leading tutorial sessions of the first year course, Principles of Legal Research.
Prior to law school, Rob obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys playing the saxophone.
