Yaseen Manan is an associate with Aitken Klee LLP practicing in the area of intellectual property litigation. Yaseen was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Prior to joining Aitken Klee, Yaseen articled with a global law firm. During his articles, he was involved in all manner of patent, trade-mark, and copyright matters.
Yaseen completed his law degree at Queen’s University. During his time at Queen’s, Yaseen competed in the Harold G. Fox Moot, was an editor for the Queen’s Law Journal and could regularly be found on the basketball court. Prior to going to law school, Yaseen completed his M.Sc. in Biochemistry at the University of Toronto. His research and thesis focussed on solving the 3-D structure of a multi-drug exporter membrane protein.
