In 2012, our named partners achieved a historic victory in a landmark decision of the Supreme Court of Canada, which held the patent for Viagra® invalid. This significant achievement solidified our firm’s reputation in the industry.

Our growth continued in 2014 when we expanded to Toronto. We were joined by seasoned IP litigators Jonathan Stainsby, Bill Mayo, and Lesley Caswell, who were the winners of the 2007 Canadian IP case of the year.
