Nicole advises clients across a broad spectrum of IP litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright and industrial design.

With a background in  Biopharmaceutical Science, she brings advanced analytical insight, complex problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail to her practice, consistently delivering thorough and high-quality advocacy.

Nicole has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Federal Court, and has contributed to matters heard before the Supreme Court of Canada.

During law school, Nicole earned a prestigious Technology Law Award and an entrance scholarship awarded to a first-year student with a science of engineering degree. She completed the Law and Technology Option at the University of Ottawa and graduated cum laude.

Before joining Aitken Klee, Nicole was a litigation associate at a national IP boutique firm in Ottawa.
